These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and Ngawitoto ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), governing your use of the website accessible at https://ngawitoto.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

Ngawitoto is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating in the digital entertainment sector and serving players primarily located in Malaysia. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the native currency, and the Platform supports Malaysian payment infrastructure including DuitNow, FPX, and major local e-wallets.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Ngawitoto Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Ngawitoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Ngawitoto strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age requirement applies uniformly to all players regardless of location.
2. You must be a natural person and not a legal entity, corporation, partnership, or automated system.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of Ngawitoto or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded Account with Ngawitoto, unless explicitly reinstated by Ngawitoto in writing.
7. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or as a nominee, agent, or proxy for another individual.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the Ngawitoto Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and must notify Ngawitoto promptly of any changes by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. Ngawitoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Ngawitoto reserves the right to require submission of identity verification documents including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of residential address, and documentation relating to your chosen payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

Your use of the Ngawitoto Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, which you accept as binding upon accessing any part of the service:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, game engine, or security mechanism underpinning the Platform.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, data scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• You acknowledge that all games and betting markets on the Platform are subject to chance and that past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• You will not engage in any conduct that may disrupt the integrity of games, markets, or other players' experience on the Platform.
• You accept that all game results produced by certified random number generators (RNGs) or verified live dealer streams are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• You will not access the Platform using VPN services, proxy servers, or other anonymisation tools with the intention of circumventing geographic restrictions or these Terms.

Ngawitoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction is applied. Supported payment channels include DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

Deposits: Funds are credited to your Player Balance upon confirmed receipt by Ngawitoto's payment processor. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet deposits are typically instant; bank transfers via FPX are processed within 1–5 minutes during banking hours; cryptocurrency deposits require the requisite number of blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with account standing requirements. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. Ngawitoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Ngawitoto may request additional documentation to confirm ownership of the receiving account.

Ngawitoto offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, referral rewards, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP loyalty benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be made available at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform:

• Bonus Funds are distinct from Player Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Bonus eligibility is assessed at the time of claim. Players who hold active bonus balances may be restricted from initiating withdrawals until wagering requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.
• Ngawitoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after activation, Ngawitoto will honour reasonable player expectations on a case-by-case basis.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, bonus arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived winnings and may result in Account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

All bets placed and games played on the Ngawitoto Platform are governed by the individual game and market rules displayed within the respective game interface or betting market, in addition to these general Terms.

Sports Betting: Bets on sporting events — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other competitions — are accepted subject to market availability and odds validity. Bets placed after the scheduled event start time may be voided. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time price fluctuations and Ngawitoto may suspend markets at any time without notice.

Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, fishing games, and crash games — operate using certified RNG software or verified live dealer streams. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Game Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, server disruption, or display error during gameplay, Ngawitoto reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated from demonstrable software errors will not be honoured and will be removed from the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Ngawitoto Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus conditions;
• Using software tools, artificial assistance, or automated processes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits without prior written dispute submitted to Ngawitoto support;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another individual;
• Attempting to circumvent withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or account verification requirements through any mechanism.

Ngawitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period, chargebacks, or at the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Ngawitoto support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Player Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used approved payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any amounts owed to Ngawitoto. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Accounts subject to active self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new Account will have all such Accounts closed and balances forfeited.

Ngawitoto is unconditionally committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It must never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or coping with emotional distress.

Ngawitoto provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible within the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them to the duration of their active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, the Account is closed and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay informing the Player of elapsed session time and net wagering results.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, publication, resale, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content in any form or by any medium without the express prior written consent of Ngawitoto.

Any unauthorised use of Ngawitoto's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ngawitoto's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ngawitoto shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation; (c) interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or (d) gambling losses, which are inherent to the nature of the service and accepted by you as a condition of participation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Ngawitoto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

Ngawitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Ngawitoto will provide notice via a platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent banner on the website at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page at any given time represents the current and binding version applicable to your use of the Platform. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting Ngawitoto's support team.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms. Ngawitoto will cooperate in good faith with any such process and provide all relevant records and documentation as required.

For complaints or disputes regarding specific game outcomes or transactions, Players must submit a formal written complaint to support within 14 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be actionable.
